In re McClellan's Estate

This case was before us at a former term of this court on the appeals of the Canadian claimants and theArkansajs claimants to the estate of John McClellan, deceased. The claimants denominated in the opinion “the Irish claimants” took no appeal. On the hearing of the appeal the findings and judgment of the court below, finding against the claims of the Canadian claimants and Arkansas *211claimants, were affirmed; the opinion on that appeal being reported in 107 N.W. 681.
