Hayes v. Cheatham

Joel A. Hayes and Adelicia Cheatham are brother and sister. Prior to the autumn of 1863, she was the wife of Col. A. S. Aciden, and the owner, with her children, of several valuable plantations on the *3Mississippi river in the State of Louisiana, which were under the general management of her husband.
