OPINION

CORNISH, Judge:

The appellant, John Benjamin Kennedy, Jr., was convicted of Murder in the First Degree in Case No. CRF — 78—2768 in the District Court of Oklahoma County. He was sentenced to life imprisonment.

Kennedy was tried for the murder of fifteen-year-old Yvonne Jolene McFaddin. The killing occurred on May 81, 1978, sometime after 8 p. m. and before 8:35 p. m. in Room 207 of the King’s Inn Motel at Northwest Tenth and Robinson in downtown Oklahoma City.
