Felisha Bailey ("the employee") was employed by Jacksonville Health and Rehabilitation Center ("the employer") as a certified nursing assistant. In January 2013, she sued the employer and Millennium Risk Managers, the employer's workers' compensation claims administrator, in the Calhoun Circuit Court ("the trial court").
