The plaintiffs, Tricentennial Eagle Limited Partnership {“Tricentennial”) and Chartwell Properties Corporation (“Chartwell”), brought this action against the defendants, The Bankers Standard Insurance Company (“Bankers Standard”) and Cigna,1 seeking damages for the alleged breach of an insurance contract entered into by the parties. Bankers Standard now moves, pursuant to Mass.R.Civ.P. 56, for summary judgment, which motion is opposed by Tricentennial and Chartwell.
