In 2014, Plaintiffs Alstom and Alstom Transport Holdings B.V. (collectively, “Al-stom”) agreed to purchase a rail-signaling business from Defendant General Electric Company (“GE”) for $800 million, subject to a post-closing purchase price adjustment process.
