Its home office and place of business is in the city of St. Louis, and its capital stock is one hundred thousand dollars, divided into one thousand shares of the par value of one hundred dollars per share. For a number of years prior to, andón September 3,1905, the shares were owned as follows: P. B. Mathiason, 664 shares; Clarence Hanson, 152 shares; Jay R. Hanson, 163 shares; Stella B.
