WELBORN, Commissioner.

This is an action to recover on four fire insurance policies issued by the appellants, The Travelers Indemnity Company, Maryland Casualty Company, Safeguard Insurance Company and The Continental Insurance Company. Respondents claimed as as-signee of the insured named as the owner of the insured property, and also as named security holders in standard union mortgage clause endorsements on each of the policies.
