MEMORANDUM OPINION
MARK B. McFEELEY, Bankruptcy Judge.
This matter is before the Court upon the trustee’s Complaint to Set Aside Fraudulent Transfer, brought pursuant to the New Mexico Fraudulent Transfer Act, § 56-10-14 et seq., N.M.S.A.1978 (1994 Supp.) (“FTA”). The court has jurisdiction over this ease pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 544. This is a core proceeding. 25 U.S.C. § 157. The parties have agreed that the Court should decide the merits upon stipulated evidence and testimony presented by deposition.
