CRIMINAL LAW – SEXUAL ABUSE OF A MINOR – SUFFICIENCY OF THE EVIDENCE – Petitioner took eight photographs of very young girls who were in her care when she worked as an aide at a daycare facility. All eight photos showed the children’s naked genitals and pubic areas.
