William Bennington appeals his convictions and sentences, raising three issues. First, he argues his right to confront his accuser was violated when the trial court admitted into evidence testimony of a bank employee and a sexual assault nurse examiner (SANE) regarding statements made to them by the victim, who died before the trial.
