The parties to this suit were married October 23, 1903. On August 30, 1924, plaintiff filed this petition for separate maintenance under the provisions of Act No. 243, Pub. Acts 1889 (3 Comp. Laws 1915, § 11479), alleging offenses committed by defendant sufficient to entitle her to a divorce or separation.
