Petitioner, who received the death penalty at his original trial in 1982, now appeals the trial court’s denial of his petition for writ of error coram nobis. On appeal, he contends the trial court should have granted relief based upon the recantation testimony of an alleged eyewitness and a newly discovered post-mortem x-ray of the victim.
