The demurrers to the bill in this case raise the question of the jurisdiction of the court. The bill was filed by the Mercantile Trust & Deposit Company of Baltimore, a corporation of the state of Maryland, against the Collins Park & Belt Railroad Company, a corporation of the state of Georgia, exercising its corporate powers in the county of Fulton, and against the city *813of Atlanta, a municipal corporation of said county of Fulton.
