This is an appeal from a judgment rendered in favor of the appellee railway company against the appellant in a suit on a policy of insurance. The petition alleges the issuance of a policy in favor of the appellee by the appellant, in which the latter undertook to, and did, insure the former against all loss or damage by fire to an amount not exceeding $10,000 by any one fire, for a term of one year from the date of the policy; and that the insurance covered cotton in bales on or in depots, platforms and on the ground adjacent to the platforms, and in transit, while…
