Petitioner seeks to have set aside and respondent to enforce an order entered by the National Labor Relations Board June 6, 1940, determining that petitioner has refused to bargain in good faith with its employees and their regularly designated collective bargaining agent and directing it to cease and desist from such refusal and from “in any other manner interfering with, restraining or coercing” the employees in the exercise of their rights guaranteed by Section 7 of the Act.
