¶ 1. This appeal considers whether an involuntarily committed patient's living unit reassignment was conducted in a constitutionally permissible manner. Appealing from an order of the circuit court granting summary judgment against him, Edwin C. West argues that he was reassigned to a different living unit in retaliation for assisting other patients in filing grievances.
