Plaintiff, Cheryl D. Lambert, brings this wrongful death action alleging that her husband, Samuel Lambert (“Mr.Lambert”), died on March 9, 1993 from illness caused by exposure to airborne asbestos while he served in the United States Navy on board the U.S.S.
