Plaintiffs, William and Brenda Marshall (“Marshalls”), originally filed this products liability and breach of contract and warranty action in the Morgan Superior Court. Defendants, Wellcraft Marine, Inc., a subsidiary of Genmar Industries, and Pompanette, Inc., a division of Bomar, Inc, removed the case to this court based upon both diversity of citizenship and federal question jurisdiction.
