This is an appeal from an order denying a motion to set aside a final decree of divorce.

Plaintiff and defendant were married on March 9, 1923. On January 18, 1924, the plaintiff commenced an action against the defendant for divorce on the ground of extreme cruelty and an interlocutory decree was entered in her favor on June 27, 1924.
