Upon the petition of four of the railway employee brotherhoods the Illinois Commerce Commission on February 3, 1948, entered an order requiring the Wabash Railroad Company to furnish transportation daily to certain of its employees from the depot in Decatur, Illinois, to its yard office in the East Decatur yards, 2.7 miles to the east. Such transportation was required to be upon a thirty-minute schedule between 12:00 o’clock midnight and 6:00 o’clock A.M.
