Jacob Lynn Patterson (appellant) appeals his conviction for driving under the influence (DUI), first offense, in violation of Code § 18.2-266. 1 Appellant argues that the trial court abused its discretion when it admitted into evidence the certificate of analysis reflecting the results of appellant’s blood test.
