Judgments, Supreme Court, New York County (Jeffrey M. *325Atlas, J.), rendered November 23, 1998, convicting defendant, after a jury trial, of murder in the first degree and attempted robbery in the first degree, and sentencing him to concurrent terms of life without parole and 15 years, respectively, and order, same court and Justice, entered on or about June 23, 2004, which denied defendant’s CPL 440.20 motion to set aside the sentence, unanimously affirmed.
