Judgment, Supreme Court, New York County (Edward J. McLaughlin, J.), rendered September 3, 2008, convicting defendant, after a jury trial, of burglary in the third degree, and sentencing him, as a second felony offender, to a term of 3V2 to 7 years, unanimously modified, as a matter of discretion in the interest of justice, to the extent of reducing the sentence to a term of 2V2 to 5 years, and otherwise affirmed.
