Altegra Credit Company (“Altegra”), on August 20, 2001, filed a motion seeking relief from the automatic stay (“Motion”) (Doc. 28) to foreclose against the residence of the Debtor-Amy J. Shaffer (“Shaffer”). 1 The parties reached an agreement, partially resolving the Motion, whereby Shaffer will be permitted to retain possession of the residence in exchange for payment of an alleged postpetition arrearage.
