THIS CAUSE has come before the Court upon Plaintiffs Motion to Ater or Amend This Court’s Order, Dated April 12, 1995, Dismissing Counts I, II and III of Plaintiffs Complaint as to Defendant, City of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, filed on April 25, 1995. The motion has been fully briefed and is ripe for disposition. Plaintiff has also requested oral argument on this motion.
