This case presents a lengthy record of pleadings and discovery resulting in the dismissal by the District Court of all claims against defendants Jerry D. Perryman and Frank Reichwein, the appellees herein, pri- or to trial. Jack Krause and Eugene V. Rankin, plaintiff-appellants, brought suit against Accutap Ltd.
