This was an action of debt brought by defendant in error in the superior court of Cook county against plaintiffs in error on a certain bond in the penal sum of $5000 executed by plaintiffs in error to defendant in error,, conditioned on the carrying out of a certain lease of real estate on Milwaukee avenue, Chicago, in which defendant in error was lessor and plaintiff in error Edward F.
