MEMORANDUM OPINION ON REMOVAL OF STATE COURT ACTION
BENJAMIN COHEN, Bankruptcy Judge.
The matters subject to this order are the plaintiffs Notice of Removal of its state court action from the Circuit Court of Jefferson County, Alabama to this Court and the debt- or’s Motion for Remand of that action to the state court. A hearing on both matters was held on May 20, 1996. Marvin E. Franklin, attorney for the plaintiff, and F. Hilton-Green Tomlinson, attorney for the debtor, appeared.
