PARKER, Circuit Judge.

This is an appeal from, and a petition to superintend and revise in matter of law, an order of the District Court denying a discharge in bankruptcy. The adjudication of. bankruptcy, the order denying the discharge, and the order allowing the appeal, were entered prior to the going into effect of the Act of May 27, 1926 (44 Stat. 662), amending the National Bankruptcy Act, and it is not questioned that the case is governed, both as to the rights of the parties and as to procedure, by the law as it existed prior to the amendment.
