This action was brought by Harry T. Mitchell, plaintiff, to recover certain real and personal property transferred to his wife, Alma C. Mitchell, defendant, either by plaintiff himself without consideration, or by others in consideration of plaintiff’s funds. Plaintiff alleges that the defendant had committed acts of fraud, undue'influence, and conversion in acquiring and in dealing with the property.
