Cassie Ellen Tucker, a minor, George Wilson Tucker, a minor, P. H. Brooks, Blanche Brooks et al., to foreclose a mortgage executed by Noma Simons and George Simons upon certain lands allotted to Cassie Ellen Tucker and George Tucker, minors, and members of the Chickasaw Tribe of Indians, of the unrestricted class.
