Appeals (1) from an order of the Supreme Court (Rose, J.), entered February 29, 2000 in Broome County, which, inter alia, denied plaintiff’s motion to compel third-party disclosure, and (2) from an order and judgment of said court (Relihan, Jr., J.), entered July 5, 2000 in Broome County, which granted defendants’ motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint.
