{¶ 1} Appellant, Sandusky Limited, appeals from a judgment entered by the Erie County Court of Common Pleas in favor of appellees, Barbara Borda and Janet Fritz. For the reasons that follow, we affirm the judgment of the trial court.

{¶ 2} Appellees Borda and Fritz were employed as production supervisors in appellant’s vinyl-production plant, located in Sandusky, Ohio. The plant, which manufactures vinyl primarily for automotive applications, had approximately 300 employees and was divided into several operating departments.
