STEINBERG, Judge:

The pro se appellant, Irma I. Smith, who is the widow of World War II veteran Joseph G. Smith, appeals a May 24, 1995, Board of Veterans’ Appeals (BVA or Board) decision made after the veteran’s death that denied his claims for service connection for generalized fungus infection and for a rating greater than 10% for service-connected post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
