LOGAN, Circuit Judge.
Defendant Thomas Turner appeals from a judgment entered on his guilty plea to possession with intent to distribute cocaine, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1), and possession of a firearm during and in relation to the commission of a drug trafficking crime, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 924(c)(1). The plea was conditioned upon his right to appeal the denial of his motion to suppress evidence. Defendant also appeals the sentence he received.
