Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Dutchess County (King, J.), rendered February 28, 1992, convicting him of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fourth degree, criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree, criminal possession of stolen property in the fourth degree, and criminally using drug paraphernalia in the second degree, upon his plea of guilty, and imposing sentence. The appeal brings up for review the denial, after a hearing, of the branch of the defendant’s omnibus motion which was to suppress physical evidence.
