*985Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Kase, J.), rendered May 20, 2008, convicting him of robbery in the first degree and criminal use of a firearm in the first degree, upon his plea of guilty, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is reversed, on the law, the sentence is vacated, and the matter is remitted to the Supreme Court, Nassau County, for further proceedings consistent herewith.
