ROUSE, J.

Plaintiff Verner Carlsen commenced this action to obtain a writ of mandate vacating and setting aside certain administrative decisions which denied his claim for unemployment insurance benefits. The trial court upheld the administrative decisions and rendered judgment denying the writ of mandate. Plaintiff appeals from said judgment.
