ORDER DENYING SECOND APPLICATION FOR POST-CONVICTION RELIEF

On February 16, 1995, Petitioner appealed to this Court from an order of the District Court of Tulsa County, denying his second application for post-conviction relief in Case No. CRF-75-2553. Petitioner was convicted by a jury of Second Degree Burglary and was sentenced April 7, 1976, to five (5) years imprisonment.

Petitioner asserts the following propositions of eiTor:
