MEMORANDUM OPINION
STEPHEN C. ST. JOHN, Bankruptcy Judge.
This matter came on for trial on February 22, 2010, on the Complaint of Tom C. Smith, Jr., Chapter 7 Trustee for Bay Vista of Virginia, Inc. (“Trustee”), against Litchford & Christopher, P.A. 1 (“Litchford”), to recover a purported fraudulent transfer of funds pursuant to 11 U.S.C. §§ 548(a)(1) and 550(a). The Court has jurisdiction over these proceedings pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 157(b)(2) and 1334(b). Venue is proper pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 1408 and 1409.
