In count 1 of this adversary proceeding, the sole remaining request for relief, the liquidating trustee for the Palm Beach Finance Liquidating Trust and the Palm Beach Finance II Liquidating Trust sues The National Christian Foundation, Inc. seeking a money judgment for claims arising in state law fraudulent transfer.
