Petitioner Leroy E. Glaze (“Petitioner”), a state prisoner proceeding without the assistance of counsel, seeks habeas corpus relief under Title 28, United States Code Section 2254. This matter has been reviewed by United States Magistrate Judge William M. Catoe and is currently before the court upon the Magistrate Judge’s recommendation that summary judgment be entered in favor of Respondents.
