ELSA ALCALA, Justice.
Appellant, Houston Pipeline Company LP (Houston Pipeline), appeals from a declaratory judgment entered by the trial court declaring relative rights in natural gas between Houston Pipeline and appel-lee, Bank of America, N.A. (the Bank).
