Hilda Reed, plaintiff in error and the plaintiff below, referred to hereinafter as plaintiff, appeals from a judgment of the court of common pleas of Tulsa county, Okla., based upon the verdict of a jury, in favor of the Washington Fidelity National Insurance Company, a corporation, defendant in error and defendant below, herein called defendant.
