This appeal stems from a workmen’s compensation case which involved the claimant, Freddie M. Atwell, the respondent (appellee), Maxwell Bridge Company, and its insurance carrier, The Travelers Insurance Company, and the impleaded respondent (appellant), Freeto Construction Co., Inc., and its insur anee carrier, Liberty Mutual Insurance Company. Hereafter the parties will be referred to as Atwell, Maxwell and Freeto respectively. Atwell is not a party to this appeal, nor is his right to or the amount of the award questioned.
