MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
JERRY W. VENTERS, Bankruptcy Judge.
This case presents the related questions of whether the Debtor, William Reece Lancaster, filed these Chapter 13 proceedings and his proposed Chapter 13 Plan in good faith.
Lancaster (“Lancaster” or “Debtor”) filed a voluntary Chapter 13 petition on December 13, 2001. At the same time, he filed a Chapter 13 Plan (“Plan”) in which he proposed to pay $150.00 a month for 36 months, which would be distributed pro rata to the four unsecured creditors listed in his bankruptcy schedules.
