MEMORANDUM OPINION
DENNIS R. DOW, Bankruptcy Judge.
The issue pending before the Court is whether the proposed Chapter 13 Plan of Steven Lee Smith, Jr. (“Debtor” or “Smith”) was filed in good faith pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 1325(a)(3). Debtor filed a voluntary Chapter 13 petition on June 1, 2005. Debtor also filed a Chapter 13 Plan whereby he proposed to pay $50.00 a month for 36 months to Densil Dean Sta-ton (“Creditor” or “Staton”), the only creditor listed in Debtor’s bankruptcy schedules.
