Spink county constitutes the Thirty-First representative district of this state and is entitled to three members in the House of Representatives of the State Legislature. At the regular November, 1934, general election six persons sought election to represent said Thirty-First district in the Twenty-Fourth Legislature, being the relator T. J. Ingles, Paul W.
