This appeal stems from an insurance coverage dispute rooted in a maritime accident. Plaintiff Seabulk Offshore, Limited (“Seabulk”) appeals from rulings made in the Eastern District of Virginia in favor of defendant American Home Assurance Company (“American Home”) and defendant Dyn Marine Services, Incorporated (“Dyn Marine”).
